Awamer Al Shabaka Information Technology Company provides the general terms and conditions to offer comprehensive services to all of its clients by reviewing and fully understanding all the clauses in this document. The purpose is to provide all clients with the information and technical services offered to them and to obtain their approval before entering into any contract or agreement. The company also has the right to accept or reject the provision of any service without informing the client.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Awamer Al Shabaka cares about fair usage policies in the services provided and has the right to take any actions against violations that affect the quality of the services. The company has various methods to monitor consumption and permissible limits.
- Violating Islamic Sharia law and the laws of the country of residence is prohibited, as well as posting content that goes against public morals. If any violation occurs, Awamer Al Shabaka has the right to stop the service without prior notice to the client, and the client is not entitled to any compensation for non-compliance with the rules set by Awamer Al Shabaka.
- Clients must adhere to the payment of all renewal fees before the grace period ends, and they must provide proof of payment and notify technical support.
- Awamer Al Shabaka is not responsible for entering into any agreement outside the company’s designated communication methods, such as the company’s phone numbers and the email published by Awamer Al Shabaka.
- In case of delayed payment, automatic reminders will be sent to the client via their email. If payment is not made, the service will be automatically suspended and will only be reactivated after payment. The company is not responsible for service interruptions due to delayed payments.
- All messages and calls are recorded to ensure the best service is provided and can be reviewed when necessary.
- There are many free features, such as mobile messages, live chats, and other services, that are non-exchangeable for monetary compensation.
- If the client requests reactivation of their account, it will only be accepted after payment of all due fees. If the client requests to copy their files after the contract period ends, the company will charge a fee for this service.
- If the client’s account is suspended due to violations and they request reactivation, a commitment not to violate the rules again must be made.
- Technical support will be suspended if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions. Warning messages will be sent 48 hours before technical support is suspended.
- The company is not responsible for paying taxes or transfer fees related to the project, and the client is responsible for these costs.
- Prepaid payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases where a written agreement allows for refunds.
- If the client is dissatisfied with the hosting service, they are entitled to a refund within a specified period of 15 days.
- Clients must not disrespect the company’s team when providing feedback or undermining the company and its staff. The company will take legal action against any violation to protect its material and intellectual property rights.
- Clients are requested to pay the agreed amounts for the service through the designated accounts of Awamer Al Shabaka or by cash or bank checks in the name of Awamer Al Shabaka.
- After completing all procedures and finalizing the contract for the service requested by the client, full approval is given for all terms and specifications agreed upon between both parties, as mentioned in the contract. No other clauses outside the agreed contract will be considered.
- Prices may change based on the provision of services or hosting offered by the company, depending on the renewal time or request for a new service.
- The client must adhere to all procedures required by the service provider company or shipping companies or companies through which applications are uploaded, such as the App Store or Google Play, for uploading applications against specified fees.
- The client is not entitled to remove the ownership rights of the design owned by Awamer Al Shabaka unless there is a prior agreement with the company for an additional fee.
- The company provides continuous technical support without any additional fees, and it offers full protection against hacking while maintaining security and privacy.
- The company works to resolve all issues through technical support, such as resetting passwords, backups, email issues, and secure communication between the client and the site.
- If the client changes the design or programming without consulting technical support, the company is not responsible for restoring the design to its original state unless a new fee is paid for this service.
Awamer Al Shabaka Information Technology Company announces that it is not responsible for adding any content inside the websites, and the client is solely responsible before any government or legal authority. The company is also not responsible for any damages resulting from service interruptions for the client. The company provides all available services to deliver the best service to clients and holds full responsibility for the technical aspects of the work and addressing any errors that arise.
Moreover, the hosting provided by Awamer Al Shabaka follows modern technological standards, and it is not responsible for external backups from the company’s servers. In case of any data damage, the company will provide a similar server with the same specifications within a specified time frame of no more than five days. Lastly, the company is not responsible for resolving any issues in designs attributed to other companies or designs not created by the Awamer Al Shabaka Information Technology team.
